A simple diet, also referred to as a plain diet, is a diet which is not at all disadvantageous for the body but is not too advantageous for it either. Contrary to common belief, a plain diet is not the same as a balanced diet which is a diet that is nothing but advantageous for a person’s body. A plain diet is a diet which does not require a person to quit most of the unhealthy foods which they love to eat. For example, a person who is following a plain diet can definitely eat French fries or a Burger every now and then. Basically, a plain diet is a diet which does not harm the body and is advantageous for the body, but to a certain extent. The effects of the unhealthy foods which a person eats while they are following a plain diet are cancelled out by the effects of the healthy foods which they are eating, making the body healthier if anything.
